Title: How does the coolant flow diagram for a Ford Ranger cooling system work?
Linear Mode
#1
Hey everyone, I’m working on my 2002 Ford Ranger with the 3.0L V6 engine. Lately, it’s been overheating, and I’m pretty sure it’s something with the cooling system. I’ve already checked the thermostat and replaced it, but that didn’t solve the issue. I suspect there might be a blockage in the coolant flow, but I can’t figure out the exact path of the coolant to see where things might be going wrong. Does anyone have a detailed coolant flow diagram for this year and engine? Maybe I’m overlooking something simple like a clogged radiator or a bad hose. Any advice or diagrams would be a huge help. Thanks!
