Has anyone had their stop/start system indicator light stay on in their Ford Ranger? Mine suddenly lit up and won’t go off. The truck seems to run fine otherwise, but I’m a bit worried it’s a sign of something bigger. Should I be concerned, or is this just one of those quirks? Any advice would be great before I head to the mechanic!

I’ve had that happen on my Ford Ranger, and it definitely gave me a bit of a scare at first. The stop/start system indicator light staying on usually means there’s an issue with that specific system, but it doesn’t necessarily mean something major is wrong with your truck.
